We chose the hotel because it was pet friendly. We like to travel with our dog and being able to have him stay with us was great. The staff at the Village Inn were so friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfy. We loved the location. We didn’t take advantage of the breakfast which was included. We went to a local restaurant Jack’s (within walking distance) because we could bring our dog with us (outside patio). Overall we enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

A good location for a relaxing getaway in Buckhorn, Shambhala Bed and Breakfast is a bed and breakfast surrounded by views of the garden.

Breakfast is good. The location is idyllic. The hosts (Bogey & Audrey) were excellent! Shambhala is a little bit of paradise.

Located adjacent to Kawartha Golf & Country Club, this non-smoking property is less than a 10-minute drive to downtown Peterborough.

Great stay, we always stay here when we come to Peterborough. Breakfast was also great.
