Very new, clean, and beautiful place in a great location. The host was very kind and quick to respond. He allowed me a late check-out when I had a sudden car issue. That was an amazing experience during my trip. I won't forget his kindness.

What did i like? The view from the room and balcony. The staff was friendly, even late at night. The room was set up with a fridge, boiler for tea and hot chocolate, and a coffee maker. Attention to little things makes a difference.

This location was perfect in all respects except two. This site has cabins. Each cabin is fully equipped with everything you need. It is directly on the St. Lawrence and has a fire pit and Hottub. When we arrived I thought this was the best place we had found on our trip. The first issue was the cleaning fee I didn’t realize until after booking (I was booking on the road with spotty internet). The fee is per stay which wouldn’t be bad if staying a week. We stayed a day and left it spotless. So it was quite a large fee for that. The second and biggest problem might be related to my cabin only but anytime you turn on the water the whole cabin smelled like rotten eggs or sulphur. We didn’t want to shower there and we just tried not to use the water. Other than that I really liked this location.
