We really enjoyed our stay - we were hoping to use the pool and gymn but ran out of time! The breakfast was delicious and the staff working the breakfast were so pleasant. Also, I like the bigger bottles of soap, shampoo, etc - great move!

This is a beautiful hotel with incredible staff. Every employee we encountered was friendly and helpful every step of the way. It is located steps away from Byward Market where you will find restaurants and pubs to suit every taste, and just minutes away from Parliament Hill. Everything is within walking distance.

The staff were amazing. So helpful. The pools were really nice to relax in after a long day. The restaurant food was so good. Everything was exceptional.

The room had a perfect size with a great view to the parliament building and Byward Market. The Checkin went fast and very uncomplicated. Staff very helpul and nice! The hotel is perfectly located to see Ottawa. Minutes from busy Byward Area, Parliament Building, Shopping Mall and many nice restaurants. Fantastic view from the rooftop bar!
