Us and our two dogs were very happy with their pet-friendly facilities. Gave us a huge room in the ground floor. Very clean. The staff at the front desk were super nice during check-in and check-out. Although the property was full we never heard anything ! Front desk called after we were settled in to ensure we were happy with our room etc. Great genuine customer service ! We chose this hotel because it was dog friendly and we are so happy we did. The yard had a pet friendly area equipped with bags and a trash bin. Clean room, exceptionally friendly staff, restaurant next door, and the perfect location for me coming from Mid-Island and having to be at the airport the next day. Another plus, traveling with my dog, is the proximity to the Waterfront Park as well as the pet area behind the hotel.
