I had been at the hospital with my daughter for a couple of days and needed a good night sleep. Got there around midnight and had one of the best sleeps ever! The bed and pillows were super comfortable. Staff was great! Excellent value for the price.

I had read a few mixed reviews before booking — some mentioned cigarette smells or air conditioning not working — but after staying here twice with my family, I can confidently say our experience was absolutely excellent both times. Our rooms were very clean, the beds were big and super comfortable, and housekeeping made sure everything was spotless every single day. The air conditioning worked perfectly for us — and if it seems off, just press the power button to restart it, simple as that. No trace of cigarette smell anywhere — not in the room, not in the hallways. This was really important for me and my family. The hotel is in a good location: just a 5-minute walk to the park, close to downtown, and really convenient to the shopping mall. The hotel also have pretty large parking. Pool and hot tub are also amazing! All in all, a wonderful and reliable place to stay in Red Deer. Highly recommended — we’ll definitely be back again!
