We had an amazing stay! The service was truly exceptional – the staff went above and beyond to make our visit special. The location of the hotel is perfect. Close to the Union Station with quick connection to the airport as well as to various attractions in walking diistance. Our room was spacious and beds very comfortable. Staff nice. Breakfast was not included in the price however it was worth the additional money we paid. I do recommend trying Burcher musli and shakchuka - excellent!

    I could see the CN-Tower from my window - the location is very good! The room is super clean, and yet comfy, we felt at home there quickly, it was hard to leave. The bed is heaven, as is the bathroom. The pool is part of the gym and rather unromantic, but clean, which is more important. Hotel and staff are very dog-friendly, there were bowls in the room upon arrival. A park with an fenced-in off-leash zone is just down the street. Again, really nice and supportive staff! The best hotel in my entire 3 weeks journey in Canada!
