The best thing is the world class hospitality by the staff. They are awesome, kind, and helpful. Always greet you with a smile. The hotel is very close to the main train stations, about 10 min by bus. The bus station is in front of the hotel. We loved our stay here, it was quiet, the room was cleaned every single day. The kichen was very well equiped with utensils, the fridge was spacious. We had an extra requirement which was kindly met by the hotel. Even if there is self check in, it is an easy process. There isn t a reception but there are employee there for assistance. The bed was comfortable. The price was fair for the provided conditions and the prices in Bern. The neighborhood was quiet and rather safe. Would definitely come back.

Rooms very clean and spacious, staff very friendly, easily reachable from the main train station with a bus within a few minutes (don't make a mistake like us to already buy several bern tickets - our stay entitled us to a Bern Ticket from the hotel), WiFi worked perfectly, nice kitchen with a fridge, enough closets.     Great location for being a connection into Bern city. Very comfortable bed and smart design. We brought our cat, so really appreciated the pets allowed option. It was as also nice and quiet with great sound-proofing, which helped us and our cat relax while staying.

    Central location, easy to get anywhere on foot. Excellent room service, even drinks brought up to our room. Pet friendly hotel, close by to a park for morning/evening relief. Friendly staff (especially Aristotelis, who is the nicest person we have ever met). Room cleaning twice a day, we certainly did not expect that. Valet parking, they took care of our bags and car needs. Actually nice food, hotels aren't this good usually.
