We're a family of 4. Stayed one night and regret that we didn't stay longer. Pros: - The hotel is fully renovated with very modern room & facilities while conserving the classic and historic feeling of original site & surroundings. - room was spacious, and the interior was very nice with good lighting conditions. - view was a bit limited lake view due to the original building structure, but maybe in another room, it should have a great lake view, as the hotel stood on the hill over the lake. - had a dinner and a breakfast at the hotel restaurant and food was very nice with at least one star quality, and people there provided really attentive and kind service. - They have dedicated, large size parking building (with a fee) Cons - It's actually a little far from Lugano center, but I knew it and it was not my problem. All in all, it is a much more modern and classy hotel than expected, and I would definitely stay here if I visit Lugano again.

    The hotel's location offered both amazing and stunning views, and the iconic building was easily recognizable and accessible. Car parking was convenient, and the staff provided excellent service. Both the food and the spa experience were exceptional. Additionally, we were fortunate to have wonderful weather during our stay.

    Views were amazing the lake and the city. The lady (assuming the owner) greeted us on arrival, such a friendly person. Spacious apartment, kitchen to make breakfast in. And big plus for car park and for being pet friendly.

    Fantastic! Beautiful views from every location, room was extremely clean, fresh, and inviting. They provide totes, pool/spa towels, flip flops, everything you could need to enjoy their facilities left inside your room. Very easy to navigate with our dog as well. The spa & pools were pristine. Certainly a place I would have loved to stay even longer!
