    The room was big and spacious. We've got a free upgrade, had a nice view, and the room was super soundproof - we didn't hear any noises from outside, so we slept perfectly. The bed was very comfortable and the room impeccably clean. The staff is kind and helpful. We traveled with a dog and they are very prepared and pet friendly. Breakfast is also great. A lot of options to choose from.

    Location is great, dog park exactly next door (closed at night), very big underground parking with one level of 2.80 height and more levels for bit less height, excellent people in all areas, good restaurant and working hours, safety with people all the time, big room and comfortable bed, good bathroom with good lighting, dog friendly, easy to highway, fast check in and check out due to very professional reception.

    The room was clean, it had coffee machine inside. There were 4 elevators, so you didn't need to wait for it more than 15-20 seconds. The quality of the furniture in the room was very good (close to new). The hotel is pet friendly and by that they really mean it, they accept even large size dogs such as Bernese Mountain Dogs or even Danish Dog breed. The location of the hotel is great from a public transport perspective, you can reach Geneva Airport within 20 mins, Geneva Center within 20-15 with tram.

    The hotel literally looks at the side of the trs station. I was first offered the 2nd floor room but it was very noisy during the day with traffic and the window does. Not shut out enough noise. I'm a light sleeper. But they transferred me to the 5th floor and it was perfect. The rooms are a good size, clean and small tea/coffee station. Staff were friendly and helpful. This is a pet friendly hotel and there were a number of people with dogs staying when I was there if that's an issue for others.

    Very nice staff, clean and modern facilities, and a cozy, at-home feel. Incredibly pet-friendly too! I came here last summer with my cat to escape the Geneva heat wave and did the same this year. It was even better than I remembered.

    We've stayed here a few times while traveling between Italy and England with pets; the hotel never disappoints. The rooms are clean and the breakfast is excellent. The staff are delightful and will bend over backwards to help you out. Location is perfect (for our needs) and they have a bar too. Pet friendly!
