Modern and well-decorated hotel. The bus station is right in front, therefore it's very easy to come by public transportation. I had the chance to get my room straight when I've arrived and before the usual check-in time: it has allowed me to work remotely without any stress, so thanks a lot, this has been highly appreciated. The view on the snowy mountain is really beautiful. The breakfast is also excellent with a lot of choices. Last but not least, the barman and the ladies at the reception were absolutely amazing.

Tschiertschen is a magical place, and Alpina Resort is the place to stay if anyone wants to explore this area. The hotel is strategically located, offers stunning views of the village, and provides skiers and snowboarders with the ski to door option. The quality of the hotel's restaurant is very high while the service of Dimitar and the rest of the staff was exceptional, something that was highly appreciated as we stayed there during the busy Christmas period. All very friendly and always helpful. Very highly recommended. We are definitely going back to this one.

Extremely nice hotel, rooms and staff. The changing dinner is fantastic (based on local seasonal produce), and you get it to a lower rate when you stay at the hotel. We (my wife and I) had the room with the rooftop terrace, which is an amazing place both during the day and to watch the stars at night. The hotel also gave us 2 "Arosa Cards" so we could ride the lift system, buses and most of the train ride to/from Chur (Arosa-Lüen + Lüen-Arosa) for free. That is a nice touch! The hotel is quiet, cute, beautiful and excellent spot to start your hikes, have a romantic holiday or take the gondola lift to the Hörnli mountain station. The nearest bus stop is only 2min walk away.

    Beautiful location (easily accessed by train), for one. My room was huge and spotlessly clean, and the water pressure in the shower was the best I've ever had in a hotel. Free minibar too, which is always a bonus! Naturally I slept well in such a peaceful location. When I left, the staff member was somewhat taken aback I wasn't staying for breakfast (I had a train to catch) and insisted upon bagging up some pastries and a drink for the journey. Excellent service all round - I'd love to return again when I visit Switzerland.

    Thomas and the team were exceptional, they were so very kind, made you feel very special, and gave real personal attention to all our requests. The location is stunning, the breakfast delicious, and the meals in the restaurant were five-star, highly skilled chef! I can't thank Thomas enough he absolutely made our break and we will be returning!

    Very cosy appartment in a beautiful environment. The kitchen was well equiped including some basic food. Detailed information about facilities was provided. The apartment included a dishwasher, washer and dryer. The apartment was located close to the train station with easy access to Arosa and Chur.

    Beutiful B&B and location. Even travelling to the bed and breakfast from Chur is an experience by itself.I enjoyed my stay very much. Thomas is a very friendly man that can tell you alot about the history of the village and environment. I would book here a second time without a doubt. BR, Tommy

    Traditional gasthouse. super clean and well kept small hotel high up in a small village. If you don't like high places - this is not for you. Dog frendly. Rooms are direct from the 80's but in a positive retro way. Super nice staff. Good breakfast.
