This is a wonderful privately owned and operated hotel. It makes a change from the sameness of the multiples. Waiters are in white jackets and bows with excellent customer service. The location itself is a little village in its own right up a steep hill overlooking Montreux and the lake. The view in the morning is the most magnificent view I have ever had while enjoying breakfast. Staff are friendly, especially Jasmine, on reception. This hotel represents old world values in the best possible sense.

One of the best hotel that I stayed in Swiss. The hotel is new and so clean. The room comes with comfort bed, and has two seperated wet & dry toilet. The breakfast is so delicious and the staffs are passion and responsible. Will recommend friends!!

One of the best experiences I ever had when it comes to hotels. Both Francois and Palmi have demonstrated high level of customer service and patience. I will definitely stay in La Rouvenaz during my next visit of Montreux. Especially Room 500 :) You can write books about this room.     It was our anniversary they scattered the rose petals on the bed as a surprise for my wife as requested, free local transport ticket given when we checked in, breaktfast was good.
