Calm and cozy hotel with all comforts. The bar/restaurant in the hotel is really good. The village is amazing with an incredible view. Our 2-year-old kid was very happy with the kindergarten close to the hotel and our dog was really happy to walk around the mountains.

Very tasty, homemade meals in the restaurant, a table always ready in the mornings and evenings. The included breakfast was great. Heartwarming treatment and hospitality by the owners/operators. A bottle of water provided daily. Clean and tidy. Fantastic value to price ratio. Close to trails and the funicular. In a chain of seven hotels, this was the best.

I couldn’t have asked for a better stay at Gilbert's place! The apartment was immaculate and beautifully decorated, making it feel like a home away from home. The location was ideal—close to everything I wanted to explore, yet peaceful and relaxing. Gilbert was an exceptional host, providing thoughtful recommendations and being incredibly responsive to all my questions. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect getaway. close to the cable car station..maybe a little too close, as I could hear it operating from early in the morning and its a bit of a contrast with the silence of this mountain village (that was what i was looking for) room with lovely terrace with hamac; clean, comfortable bed, friendly staff that gave me good indications as to the nicest viewpoint of Aletsch, and delicious raclette at their restaurant Aletsch Arena-an exceptionally educative site showing right there under your eyes the effects of the global warming and also showing you some Swiss engineering genius-they built here in 2015 a "floating"cable car station able "swim "along with the moving terrain (the rocks are moving due to glacier melting) VERY INTERESTING! bring your kids ,this will stay printed in their minds forever

Our stay at the chalet was wonderful. The quiet location was nice and it was so relaxing to enjoy the beautiful views from the terraces. The entire chalet was exceptionally clean and comfortable. We appreciated the fully equipped kitchen (it was such a nice touch to provide some food!) and the living and dining areas were really comfortable. The stairs from the parking space to the house were no problem at all and a small price to pay for such a spot. We would highly recommend this place for anyone.

Great location. Accessible with a stroller - no stairs on the way. The apartment had everything we needed for a three night family stay. Kitchen well equipped. Everything clean and working well. The hosts were very attentive and responded quickly to all our questions/requests.

    Very nice stay, great location and close to the cable car and little supermarket. The sauna was a great touch - after a long day out hiking, coming back to the chalet for a Finnish sauna before dinner was the perfect way to end the day. If you’re into golf, the driving range is seconds away from the door. Lovely walking trails all around.
