The hotel is centrally located and very close to the main train station. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful with luxurious bathroom and toiletries. The included breakfast was amazing! I wish I could have stayed longer!

the location, breakfast, the room, everything was perfect but what makes the stay better ist the staff. Albert was suuuuuper friendly! My mum was very happy to stay here too. i would love to come back to Bern just to stay here. 😂 I wish i had one more day to try their restaurant.

I will definitely stay in this hotel if I come to Bern again. It's spacious, super clean and the staff and front desk are very helpful and informative. It made my stay so pleasant. It's situated right in front of bus stand, making it so easy to access to tram and changes of buses to elsewhere. Room comes with wireless fast charging for your smartphone and other conveniences. A 2 STAR is definitely an underrated 😊.. Cheers and have a nice holiday!

Very clean and well run. Especially friendly and helpful staff. The dining area was nice and the breakfast was better than many hotel breakfasts I’ve had. Dinner was also good value with fresh and varied salad options. You are 10 minutes walk from old town and a little more to the train station.
