- Outstanding service from all - Greg, Filipe, Anna, and Nuno. From the first communication weeks before we arrived all the way through. - Excellent food and wine options - better than expected, reasonably priced. Interesting selections, locally sourced, etc. - Lovely secluded location with an east 15-minute walk to the edge of town. It is not central. Which was great for us. - Comfortable beds, well-kept rooms, plenty of bedding available

Amazing overall experience: - Very clean everywhere and in great condition. It is clear the hotel is very well maintained - Very quite and chill atmosphere. The fact that the village is quiet also helped, however inside the hotel it was also aways quiet and relaxing - Service is great, everyone is very polite and helpful. Everyone spoke English - All facilities, including Spa area, library, fun area etc. - Breakfast was very tasty and the staff is very attentive

Staying at Jägerhof in Saas Fee was truly outstanding. Upon arriving at the bus station, I called the hotel, and the owner himself came to pick us up, which set the tone for a warm, personalized experience. Once we reached the hotel, he took the time to explain everything about Saas Fee, highlighting activities and must-see spots. We were handed the key to our suite on the 4th floor, complete with a balcony and a breathtaking view of the mountains. The overall atmosphere felt like staying with family, as we shared stories and cultural insights, discovering similarities in our backgrounds. They offer breakfast and dinner daily, and on the evening we dined, they went the extra mile to provide halal/kosher options, which added a special touch of hospitality that we deeply appreciated. The room was cozy, clean, and comfortable. We were fortunate to experience both a late summer ambiance and snowfall during our stay, which added a magical touch. Although we came to ski and their ski-in, ski-out feature wasn’t ready due to limited snow, the natural beauty and warmth of the hotel more than made up for it. The owners were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel like we had a second family in Saas Fee. We’re already looking forward to visiting again, perhaps in the summer season.

Our stay at Hotel Etoile in Saas Fee was an excellent ski experience combining comfort, convenience, and a stunning alpine setting. It was a fantastic choice for our ski trip. The location in the quiet and sunny wildi area was perfect for a peaceful stay while still being within a short 5-7 minute walk to key spots like the bus station and skiing. The hotel provides free transport by electric car on arrival and departure, making check-in and check-out effortless. The fantastic staff was a true highlight. They were very welcoming and accommodative plus provided great recommendations. The standout employee of our stay was Fedee. She was the most helpful and welcoming hotel employee, who went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, making our experience at Hotel Etoile truly exceptional. The included breakfast was a great way to start the day, offering a good selection of fresh bread, pastries, cheeses, cold cuts, eggs, and cereals. The quality was excellent, and the cozy dining area made for a pleasant morning atmosphere. Plus, after a day in the mountains, relaxing in the outdoor hot tub was the perfect way to unwind.
