The hotel has a great location as a start point for entrance to the Zhangjiajie park via southern gate. The receptionist Tim is an absolutely amazing guy(as well as the whole team), he speaks english very well and helps you with transport from the train station and also to plan your trip into the Zhangjiajie park and other locations nearby. We got a great spacious room with amazing mountain view from the terrace, breakfast was good, hotel is nice and clean. Highly recommended.

The hotel is absolutely stunning. It’s right near the West Gate into Zhangjiajie National Park. Tiffany was absolutely amazing! She helpfully provided us with all the info we need, giving us tips and maps and booking our tickets for us. She drove us to the park entrance on the golf cart and in to town for dinner or to buy snacks. All the staff went out of their way to make our stay special! We absolutely loved it and can’t recommend it enough!!

We would like to thank all the staff from the hotel for their kindness and patience . Our special regards to Lucas whose help is above all praise: he helps to fix and organise everything . He made our trip to Zhangjiajie unforgettable. The National park is very close to the hotel (about 500 m to the West entrance, which is not so crowded to our opinion). We are strongly recommend this hotel especially if you are a foreigner and don’t speak any Chinese

The owner, Carol. She was really, really nice. She speaks English (difficult to find in China) and extremely helpful and friendly. She booked the entrance to Avatar mountains and adviced us about how to avoid cues (and it worked). She also waited for us to let us eat a delicious dinner although we arrived late to the hotel.

My fiancé and I were blown away by the TWO massive swimming pools surrounded by mountain views - we had romantic midnight swims under the stars! The location is unbeatable: just a 2-min golf cart ride to Zhangjiajie Forest Park entrance (yes, the cart waits for you!). Staff even arranged our hiking routes to avoid crowds. Breakfast noodles and freshly baked croissants were to die for. Already planning our anniversary trip back! P.S. Ask for Room 301 - best private balcony!
