This is the first 10 I have ever given. The family running the hotel is so kind and welcoming . The views at the hotel are breathtaking. This is also the cleanest hotel we have stayed in across South america and asia. Book your trips through the hotel, they are the same price or cheaper than anywhere else.

Paula and her team were very welcoming and sorted out tours for me and other info about staying in San Agustin. There is free water refill (cups only) and coffee at all times. Rooms felt new and had everything needed. Lots of places inside to sit besides being in the room. If you have a motorbike / bike they can be taken right into the lobby

Perfect! I simply loved this place! It’s a bit oustside from San Agustin village, so you will need to walk up the hill and it’s dark in the evening, or you have to take a taxi or motorbike. But the place itself is a little paradies! I was visiting in low season and had the dorm for myself. The bed was very comfortable and cosy - it was a queen size bed - in a dorm! I felt very welcome and home and extended one more night to enjoy the hammock in front of my room. Had an interesting chat with the owner and played with the cats&dogs arround. There is a kitchen but the food at the restaurant is reasonable in price and very delicious. The vegetable curry was fantastic! The little chalets looked lovely too! I would recommend and always come back!

Breakfast and dinner were excellent. The dining room is very elegant and comfortable, with an open fire. Staff excellent. The whole complex was so beautiful and to the high standard. Our host engages with everybody.

It is a perfect location to relax. You are surrounded by nature, beautiful garden, hammocks and still close enough to town that you can walk. Staff was very friendly and they were maintaing the place super clean all the time. Would love to come back some day.
