Excellent view, the house is located on top of the village with direct access to a small plantage under the house. . We unfortunately had only a short stay so we have not used the garden much. The owner is super friendly but he speaks only Spanish, so please use Google Translator (the wifi is good).

It is set in the mountains so it really feels like you are away from the world and completely in nature. The facilities were great and had everything we needed. We even explored the trail down to the picnic site and river (it was dry so we could explore a lot). And we loved it! The top balcony is also super nice. I loved that my dog was allowed!! The hosts were super friendly and accommodating

Very nice quiet location, just a few cabins in a well-maintained garden. Authentic and cosy cabin. The host was very nice and attentive. We went for a dinner to a nearby La Hilda restaurant and we liked it very much.

What a beautiful spot ! The river along the cabin, the pond with the animals and the waterfall nearby are so charming. I wish I would have stay more than a night because I would have like to enjoy more all the facilities around and the beautiful surroundings.

    Communication with the host was great. Thanks Tomás for all your advices!! The spacious house was wonderful for two families. We loved the local food and people very much! This area had more local flair than touristy area like La Fortuna. We wished we had stayed longer.

    The house is located in a beautiful place. The host Tomás was always helping us in everything he could. We are birders and the location was excactly what we were looking for. Near La paz waterfall gardens, cinchona, la selva, sarqpiqui.

    Nice beautiful location near La paz garden. Come with a friendly dog who went on trek with us! My kid said it was his best time in Costa Rica. Easy to drive and park the car in beautiful house. Very friendly host, who communicated on whatsapp on what to do. Eg breakfast tips etc No mosquito due to high altitude!
