I booked it for my parents as a gift and they absolutely loved it! Communication with the hotel regarding details of their stay was extremely efficient and pleasant, and they loved everything. According to my dad, the only "issue" was that the bed was so comfortable they overslept and missed breakfast :)

The location could not have been more convenient. 30 seconds from the end of the S4 line and bus stop, but also not at all noisy. It was modern, clean and extremely comfortable. Staff were also very helpful. A perfect place for a stopover stay.

The staff were incredibly helpful particularly as I had a puncture on the motorway and only had a summer tyre to use. The receptionist rang a local tyre workshop and fixed an appointment for me and I had a new tyre within a short space of time and then continued on to my next destination.
