Very welcoming and helpful staff. In the room a nice sweet surprise for us, but even treats for the dogs, a bed for them and bowls for them. A very nice decorative room, comfortable bed and good shower. The trattoria is very good and we can recommend the menu with accompanying wines. To make things perfect is a underground garage with lift up to the reception and rooms.

This is a great little hotel. In fact it’s pretty much perfect. The rooms are large, the bed is very comfortable and the shower is so powerful it would nearly take your skin off. The location is great, within walking distance of all the lovely shops and restaurants of Andernach. And the breakfast was 10 out of 10. So much choice and perfect crispy bacon!

This was my 2998 booking completed with booking.com, traveling for 15 years non-stop all over the world. This booking was easy, comfortable, charming people in charge that love dogs like we do.
