All staff member were exceptionally friendly. The senior boss to start with. 😊 The rooms were very functional, large, modern, with all amenities and even with a coffee machine and water boiler. Parking space in front of the house. The restaurant Kunz was excellent. Very friendly service. Great food.

Very spacious apartment on the second floor. The woodburner was on for our arrival which was such a welcoming touch. There is a pizza restaurant / bar right next door, but we warmed up our own provisions in the well appointed kitchen (no microwave however) and opted to chill beside the fire in the comfortable sitting area. Parking in the driveway. The village of Simten seemed safe and quiet so we left our considerable amount of luggage in the car instead of hauling it up 2 flights since we were staying for one night only on our way home from the Alps. We would definitely stay again.

Very easy to find. Very clean. Good communication with owners. Easy to get in. No complications. Exactly what we needed after a long day driving in traffic. Owner was very kind to let us check-in later as we knew from the beginning we would not get there by 8pm. Overall very good.

    Hotel was really nice, clean and correct. When booked hotel expected it to be more old-school, although hotel rooms were light and bright, well maintained. We had a table in the room where we could do our office works, internet was good, communication in the hotel was modern and up-to-date. All members of our family enjoyed the hotel. Would return and would recommend to others.

    Very clean hotel. Seems to be newer. Comfortable room. Extremely friendly staff. They welcomed our pet as well. Parking was across the street. Apprx 8 spaces with 2 being for electric charging. Quiet area. Everyone was very friendly. Restaurant Kunz across the street gets very busy, so make reservations if you plan to eat dinner here. Balcony is small, shared and uncovered. Need more pillows on the bed for sure 👍
