A very nicely situated, furnished, and organised guest house. The staff were friendly and the (bath)room was nice. The single bed is also fine for me, given the reduced price. Breakfast in the morning was well prepared, though only starts at 08:00 on the weekends.

I had a great steak on my first evening there, it was very good indeed. Very convenient location 5 mins walk to Farhnau Station for trains into Schopfheim, Lorrach and Basel. All 5 breakfasts were very good - big selection, suiting all tastes. Staff are very helpful.

The owners were charming and welcoming. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. Simple rooms with fresh pleasant decor and extremely comfortable beds. Lovely breakfast in a light and airy breakfast room with many healthy options. Secure parking and a restful walking path along the Rhine close by.

Spacious and well appointed apartment. Comfortable bed. Well equipped kitchen. It was great to have a lounge to relax in as well. Car parking access right out the front. Friendly helpful hostess. Original art works on display were interesting and added a touch of class.
