The staff. Starting from the front desk, to the restaurant, to the guides, they were amazing. Extremely polite, fun, and very knowledgeable. Really makes for a fantastic experience. Excellent location, great owners, lovely room. They brought our motorbikes into inner courtyard, very secure. Laundry service was very good. Highly recommend for a stay in Ibarra. Great cafe across the square too.
