I liked the concept of this place - It’s a rustic, farmhouse-like accommodation with the fireplace in our rooms and the horses outside. The hosts were very accommodating, giving us a free upgrade for our rooms and allowing a late breakfast. The food there was great. Would be good to have more matchsticks/some firestarters to light up the fireplace!

It's more like hotel than hostel. Reception looks like small shop, decor is quite unique but it's comfortable. Room are specious, bed is comfortable and there's big smart TV. It's really close to La Ofelia bus terminal so if you just passing trough Quito, like myself, it's very convenient. Additionally there's a big shopping centre just 15 minutes walk.

We loved our stay at Chakana Hotel Boutique Mariscal! The design is beautiful and authentic, adding so much character to the experience. Breakfast was fantastic, and we appreciated the thoughtful packed breakfast for our early flight. We also had dinner at the restaurant, which was excellent. The manager was incredibly kind and helpful, making our stay even better. Highly recommend this charming hotel!
