We find Hestia Hotel Europa to be a very good choice as it has a good price quality ratio, it is pet friendly, there are rooms with a balcony and the location is great between the harbour and the Rotermann quarter. Plus there is a Nautica shopping center just opposite the main entrance. The staff is always very friendly and helpful.
