I loved everything about this place! The rooms are Nubian style houses beautifully decorated, perfectly clean and very comfortable, surrounded by plants and flowers which give this place such a peaceful and harmonious atmosphere. The owner is an amazing person who made me feel at home, and helped me in everyway possible. The possibility on cooking own food or ordering a meal was super convenient and delicious. The breakfast was very good too and plentiful!

The apartment had everything we needed and more. Beautiful and spacious with a lot of space for our family. The kids loved the swimming pools.

This little place is more than something special, it's like a secret escape. Especially Hatem made my trip unforgettable. He made every wish come true, organised everything I want to do, took me to places away from tourists, got me many insights, starting with a well served breakfast and ending up with a hot tea in the evenings...... many things more to say... All in all 120 % recommended.

I would like to share my wonderful experience during my stay. My experience was excellent from start to finish. I was very impressed with the cleanliness and spaciousness of the apartment, and the location was ideal, making getting around the city extremely easy. The interaction with the owner was also extremely pleasant. They were friendly and cooperative, always ready to provide assistance and guidance on anything needed. In summary, my experience with this hotel apartment was excellent by all measures, and I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in the city. Wow! What can I say. We arranged our trip to Egypt at the last minute and *almost* booked a room in a big, boring hotel... We're so, so happy that we chose to stay at Mohamed's villa instead. We're a family of five - parents + 3x young kids - and this was our first time in Cairo. We've done a bit of travelling in the region but we were overwhelmed by the Egyptian hospitality. Mohamed sent a driver Wael to pick us up from the airport and he and his team were there at the villa to greet us warmly and settle us in when we arrived. Throughout our week the team was on hand to help us with anything we needed. We took three day trips organised by Mohamed, with a local guide Mamdouh. We visited the pyramids at Sakarra and Giza one day (though the Great Pyramid is right outside the master bedroom window!), Alexandria another day and Cairo proper, with its museums, citadels and mosques later in the week. We'd recommend all of these outings and, if you stay here, see if you can book some tours with Mamdouh. He's so interesting, knowledgeable and warm. There's nothing we couldn't ask about and we learned so much about the sites, the history and the culture of Egypt from thousands of years BCE right through to the present day. In between our trips we hung out by the pool at the villa and took some trips to local restaurants and the big mall up the road. The villa is super-comfortable: there's an immaculate private pool outside and loads of room to lounge about and relax indoors. It's clean, comfortable and - for a family of five - excessively spacious! I can't express enough how much we felt like Mohamed and Momdouh's guests the whole time we were in Egypt. If you're going to Egypt to explore the history and culture: don't go and stay in a sterile hotel and be treated like a tourist. Take in some genuine hospitality and stay at this gorgeous villa, all to yourself.

From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel at home—so welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. But the real magic? The view. I still can’t believe I woke up, pulled back the curtains, and saw the Great Pyramids right there in front of me. Watching the sunrise with a coffee in hand, and later the glow of the sunset over the desert, felt like something out of a dream. Pictures don’t do it justice—you just have to be here to believe it. I especially loved spending time on the roof terrace—the views from up there are absolutely breathtaking. Sitting with a drink in the evening, gazing at the pyramids as the sky changed colors, was one of those once-in-a-lifetime moments I’ll never forget. The family room was clean, spacious, comfortable, and had everything I needed. Better than many 5 stars rooms we have seen in Egypt. If you’re planning a trip to Cairo or Giza, do yourself a favor and stay here at least once. It’s not just a hotel stay—it’s an experience you’ll carry with you forever.

Very friendly people, lift to the rooms, amazing view of the pyramids from the roof terrace. Very good breakfast. Value for money.
