Perfect place! Beautiful views, very nice service, everything clear and good contact with the staff. Clean and spacious apartment, it looks like it was cleaned and the staff takes care of the guests. Well-kept and clean place, delicious breakfasts, large selection. I really highly recommend it, it's rare to find such a good, friendly and clean hotel. Lovely place

Everything!! Honestly, I have stayed in a lot of hotels in my life. 5 star hotel around the world and I can honestly say, Hotel batonico & Oriental Spa , is the best one. It's simply beautiful. The garden is amazing,. It's so nice they could actually charge people to view it. The hotel itself is lush, roomy corridors and rooms, immaculately decorated. The Breakfast is in a class of its own.....they actually have champagne on ice, with fresh orange juice on the side for a morning bucks fizz! And the selection of food is fresh, tastey and cooked to perfection. With lots of healthy and vegetarian options. The pool and spa area is amazing. The workers are a delight! So warm and welcoming, very attentive. Just perfect. I would go every single year if I could. Which leads me to the price...OK, so it's not the cheapest hotel, BUT it is definitely worth the cost, if not more. Love, love , love it

The apartment is very clean and comfy. The bed is super comfortable. I liked the spacious bathroom and the big balcony with chairs and sunbeds. I liked the view on the pool, garden and mountains from the window. There are plenty of free parking spaces outside the building. All the kitchen devices are there and seem to be new and working fine. Internet connection was fine too!
