Castell de Vallagornera is nothing short of heaven. The location, the building, the land and the history make it such a pleasant place to find an escape. The location forces you to relax with a soft hand - so needed after a busy year. Frans and his team ensured we were comfortable, welcomed and looked after our entire time there. This new hotel is underrated - 3 stars is too little. I expect now is your chance to see this place before it receives its 4th if not 5th star. I would recommend everyone stays with them sooner than later before they’re fully booked for the foreseeable future.

+ The flat has all the amenities , the location could not be better! Super central,yet quiet. The view from the terrace over the marina is the cherry on top.     Well designed modern property in the midst of olive trees. Very calm and restful. We were upgraded to a suite which was large with a jacuzzi (5 nights stay). Convenient location to explore the area of Cadaqués, Figueres, Roses and golf at Peralada. Staff was excellent especially Claira at front desk, and staff at the restaurant. Restaurant food was good.
