Whilst the house was unassuming, it has been renovated imaginatively and to a high standard. The accommodation, for two, was spacious, well-equipped and clean. The bathroom facilities were outstanding and the utilities excellent. The technology was fabulous and the comfort as desired.

    The hotel is in a good location for a stop off on the long drive from the channel ports to the south of France. The hotel offers a decent 3 course dinner at a reasonable cost to save having to go out. The hotel accepts dogs and there are open spaces close by to exercise them.

    The location is perfect. The beautiful historic building, has a well-preserved exterior. The hotel is clean and modern. It is nice that the hotel is pet-friendly. Parking nearby in walking distance. Historic city center and plenty of places to eat and shop. The hotel has an elevator. Rooms have an AC.

    The location by the park was excellent, especially for a dog owner. It was also close to the centre. Excellent safe lock up for car - very easy entry and exit to ground floor apartment. The apartment wasn’t fancy but it was very functional and clean.
