This was a stunning place and a perfect couple of nights of luxury to end our two week break traveling around France. The hosts were very kind, helpful and accommodating. Thank you again for making us so welcome. The pool area and location in general was gorgeous. So peaceful. One of the holes on the golf course goes past, but this is in no way obtrusive. Our room (Cuba) was wonderfully themed and decorated - really unique. They have really taken the time to create a beautiful place and it's all the more touching to read about an accidental fire years ago which meant they had to start all over again. Breakfast was lovely. Yes, as some other reviews have mentioned it was a little strange being delivered to outside your door, but we actually enjoyed this. It meant we could enjoy a private, quiet breakfast together on what felt like our own little front garden. Some other nice touches, like some welcome wine on arrival and your own parking space. Realistically you need to have your own car to stay here. We did several trips to and from Arcachon and Gujan-Mestras, which was very straightforward.

The house was bigger then expected with a very complete kitchen. The pool was great to chill and for the kids to play. We brought our dog and because the garden is completely fenced she could easily be outsight.

Beds were very comfortable. Location good, near the station, restaurants and supermarket. Very calm environment and the gite was great. Everything is new and clean. The hostess is really friendly. We are two women travelling and two seperate bedroom is great.
