It had a great location, the view of the river and castle from our room was lovely, and we enjoyed having dinner in the old dining room and drinks in the bar. The staff were so welcoming and accommodating with our little dog. We were silly enough to leave our usb drive plugged into the TV when we left, but when we called the hotel, they found it and posted it back to us.
