Great Static home, compact but with everything needed. Guilain was amazing and welcoming. The location is perfectly situated for Beach fun, hiking etc. Sea view and you can see the English Coast line on a clear day. We were in a group of 3, but 7 can be accommodated.

We had an amazing stay! The house was beautiful, spotlessly clean, and perfectly located—just a short walk to the beach and great walking spots for the dogs. Communication with the host was excellent, and the thoughtful touches, like treats for the dogs and a bottle of beer for us, made it extra special. Highly recommended!

I loved having such a good sea view, able to see waves crashing against the breakwater! The property had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We were greeted by Emilie who was very friendly despite my lack of French language skills. There is an indoor parking space. The flats have an elevator, large enough that would cope with an average sized wheelchair. The building is well insulated from the cold, I think from noise too, but cannot be certain as Le Portel is a quiet village anyway. Restaurants and bars on your doorstep. Just a great little bolt hole!

We loved the easy check-in of the door code. The apartment was spacious and beautifully decorated. We also liked the bridge to the fantastic garden! Beds were comfy, the area was quiet and free WiFi and parking were a bonus. The communication from the owner was accurate and detailed.

    The host was really nice and welcoming and spoke good enough English to have a good conversation. We arrived in le Portel for 3pm and was allowed to check in for 5pm. The beachfront on the doorstep was an excellent way to pass the couple of hours. The 2 days we spent here was very comfy and relaxing for which we then began our journey to Brittany (excellent for a stop over location). The host was really accommodating of our small dog Gracie too which was lovely.
