    Dog friendly - allowed in restaurant for dinner. Excellent location by the Saone where you can walk by the river (use lots of insect repellent!) and extensive gardens. Dinner was very good quality and the desserts were particularly amazing. We had a garden view room which was chalet style with doors opening onto a small deck and access to the garden which was great for the dog. Basic but very clean room and great value.

    Helpful staff, great, secure parking, dog friendly, good location, clean and well equipped room. There was a problem with the first room we booked in to but we reported it and the staff quickly moved us to a different one.

    Lovely hotel, centrally located in Macon, with private parking (for €10 extra). Two electric car charging points. Dog friendly too. The hotel has a lovely feel, with a grand staircase. It was also where the French Resistance met in WWII, so had to be stayed in!
