I received notice from the hotel that check-in would only be at 4pm, but that I was welcome to wait in their lounge. That was greatly appreciated. The lounge was ver comfortable, and a very nice staff member actually checked me in at 3pm. Breakfast was very good. The room was very clean.

Exactly as described. The pictures are how it looks. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and want to go back next year! Location was perfect. Was very clean. Excellent facilities and good range of kitchen utensils and plates, mugs, bowls etc. The sauna, steam room and pool was an added bonus. Boot room had boot warmers. Beds were very comfortable. Check in and check out very easy. Recptionist was lovely and very helpful.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel in Tignes! Everything exceeded my expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The apartments were spotless, well-maintained, and provided a cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home. One of the highlights was the après-ski bar, such a charming and inviting place to unwind after a day on the slopes. The ambiance was perfect, making every evening a delightful experience. The location in Val Claret is simply ideal. It’s conveniently situated for easy access to the entire Tignes resort, making snowboarding and exploring effortless. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable holiday. I will definitely be returning next year!

We loved staying here and will definitely return when we're next in Tignes! A comfortable, cosy place to return after a long day of skiing. Staff were so friendly and helpful. The food was 10/10, lovely coffee and a well stocked bar. Rooms were spotlessly clean and very cosy. Close proximity to the bus stop to Le Lac but also close to the skiing areas of Le Boisses.

    We had the suite village view with a sleeping mezzanine which was perfect for two adults and one child, age ten. The room felt luxurious and cozy with the throws, carpet and wood walls. The location is excellent for access to the ski lifts (5 minutes walk) and all the restaurants in Val. I would recommend this hotel and will be back.
