This is the second time at the hotel and the updates to the hotel are great. Particularly love the outside bar and other areas dotted around the hotel. Very dog friendly and our dog loved all the attention - and treats she got while there. The staff are amazing, friendly and very helpful. The buffet breakfast was well cooked and delicious. Made to feel very welcome. The Old Pottery is in a very rural area surrounded by fields and all you can hear if the sound of the birds. Dog friendly and she could also accompanying us to breakfast in the bar and grab a sausage. Our room was spacious and comfy with a very good large shower . Location was great for touring Dartmoor and surrounding areas. Originally booked for two nights but stayed a third as we were really settled there so went further afield whilst there.
