Host was very eager to please, my room was more than I needed and super clean. Off street parking for my bike was very welcomed. Great restaurant not far from the premises “Artisan” oh and the breakfasts at the Guest House were lovely

Breakfast is wonderful, it is served in warm, straight from kitchen, all food are fresh, there is Day Room and kitchen with complete cooking utensils, microwave, fridge, dish washing machine, ironing board, very clean & comfortable. Bed is big & comfy. Bathroom is clean with hot & cold water. The owners are friendly & helpful. Definitely will go back there when I visit Edinburgh again.

John made us feel very welcome, went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great. The cottage is really a wonderful place to stay, it has loads of room, great kitchen, excellent bathroom, living room and the beds are very comfy. We will definitely be back.
