That place is simply unique! Everything was absolutely perfect, cosy, and well-designed. Brendan and I spent two lovely nights in absolutely peace, surrounded by nature and a cute horse The hot tub was such a great experience too. Allison was super available, helpful and sweet! The location is great too! We highly recommend it!

i liked the welcome i had from the staff on arrival. nothing was a problem and i was made to feel very welcome. My room was excellent and i loved the attention to detail, it was well thought out. Breakfast was excellent too and had a great conversation with Kirstie and her team. Well done!

The property is set in a beautiful location. A lovely little village as we stopped for my partners birthday so we were close to bath. It is stunning inside and little gifts left for us. Lovely little local pubs too. We left an item at the property and the owners immediately messaged to let us know so they could send it back to us. Highly recommend, couldn’t have improved any more!

We stayed in the Stables building. It has some lovely reminders of it's former use, and is a beautiful upgrade. Old stone floor in the lounge - perfect as we have dogs, easy to wipe muddy paw prints. We love the spacious kitchen and bug range cooker. It's got everything we needed. The sofas are comfy, plenty of room for 5 of us. Bedrooms all have ensuite, plus a useful extra toilet . Beds are great, comfy and warm. We slept well. Kettle and supplies to make a drink without disturbing anyone else, which is thoughtful.

    Myself, husband our daughter and dog Bear stayed for 1 night and now wish it would have been for longer. Amazing accommodation, the food was fab with good sized portions. Very dog friendly in all areas our dog made himself right at home. The staff made us feel so welcome they were all so accommodating especially the head of housekeeping, a lovely and hardworking lady our room was spotless and very comfortable we can’t wait to book again. We would highly recommend.

    The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Even our little Cocker, Georgie was made to feel at home. Our room was clean, tidy and quiet and we slept really well. Breakfast was great. My husband enjoyed a full English whilst I opted for scrambled eggs and smoked salmon. Whilst we didn't eat at the pub in the evening we saw syne sundeck food leave the kitchens from Chef Anthony. We will definitely visit again as everything was dog-friendly and we never travel without little Georgie

    It was a good location for us. The room had good accessibility for us and our dog. The room was very warm and we liked the bathroom which had a good shower and was nicely designed. The bed was very comfy.

    This property is good on so many levels, whether you would like to bring your dog or want a luxury stay. Even the dog friendly rooms are pristine and have a lovely welcome pack for your dog. There are separate areas in the hotel for dog friendly breakfasts so non dog lovers can also enjoy their space. The dog friendly areas are by no means second class, in fact we preferred them.
