First of all, It is a Prime location near all the major points of interest. Then, when you step inside, you are welcome in a realm of love, care, kindness and consideration. The host is simply fascinating, and so generous! The house itself is to date the best guest house I have ever been. The layout allows for space and privacy. Our room was more like a studio with loads of space 🤩. Use of the kitchen is a top criteria, as well as the washer/dryer Sharon will provide you with all what you need, all the while respectful of your privacy. Had a great conversation about Doctorate and PhD 's projects. Unforgettable experience!

To say this accommodation is spectacular is an understatement! I really don't know how it wasnt booked because we booked it last minute. There was 5 of us, 2 adults and 3 kids. The 2 girls had an absolute ball pretending they were princesses in their very own castle. Everything from the location to all the little extras that the owners added was absolutely fabulous. There was milk, sugar tea and coffee. Amazing when you check in at 11pm and realise you've no coffee for the morning and its there for you. The biscuits and wine. I mean the owners really go out of their way to make your stay amazing! If I could give this place more then 10 I would. The shower is amazing, the beds are comfy, the little surprise that the kids and adults were absolutely blown away by! Best place weve ever stayed and we will definitely be back! If you're lucky enough to be able to book this place dont hesitate! You won't regret it. We didn't want to leave. We would have happily moved in! Thanks so much to the owners. From the Irish family that stayed last week!

    Staff were so helpful and nice. Very dog friendly. Lovely stay. Would definitely recommend. Breakfast was great. Very clean. Location is perfect to walk around Chester. Had no problems with the parking recommended - £10 with the 50% discount from the hotel. Beds were really comfy.

    VERY dog friendly (£20 charge for stay), good Ground floor room with own outside door. Comfy Queen bed, room made up each day. Excellent shower with lots of very hot water. excellent location near the Shropshire Union Canal for walks, on the A41 for car travel. Plentiful parking. Dogs welcome in the GF rooms, water bowl provided, own doggy menu, dogs welcome in bar seated area. Breakfast pay as you go menu for as little or much as wanted. Good food menu for rest of day, popular with locals. Great staff, nothing seemed too much trouble.

    The hotel were advertised as being pet friendly. They are the only place we have stayed that seemed extremely welcoming of dogs. There was a goody box in the room for our dog, water bowls by our dining table and the staff all made a fuss of our dog. Fantastic.
