This is a great B&B in Easthourne with beautiful interior decoration, delicious breakfast and great location. We really love the room that was assigned to us ie ground floor, big window, clean bed and bathroom. We can have a glimpse of the seaside at the window. The staff and host are very friendly and helpful.

Located on the Eastbourne beachfront, this is the perfect location for a visit to this elegant resort town. Having worked for BP for over 20 years and on numerous business trips to the UK, as well as four personal trips with my family, I've stayed at many five-star chain hotels. Not only is it clean and convenient, exceeding my expectations, but it's also a great value for money. The friendly service of the reception staff is particularly noteworthy, and I'm deeply sorry I missed the meals and drinks due to my busy schedule. Next time I visit the UK, I'll definitely return and stay for a few days.

    We booked at the hotel as it was dog friendly, I think this would better described as "fog tolerant " we understand not everyone is pet friendly and won't love our pets as much as we do, but at times we were unable to eat at the hotel as there wasn't "suitable room" for us and our pets, we dined out every night at dog friendly establishments
