Perfect place for our weekend away!! My husband and I and our grandson and girlfriend loved the comfort and cosiness of this place. Very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Met the owners Steve and Hazel, lovely welcoming couple, on hand if needed. Would definitely recommend, and return!!☺️

    Silhouette Cottage is just as lovely as it looks in the photos and the location is perfect for exploring the Forest of Dean. There is literally everything you need in the cottage. The garden is really lovely, lots of trees and shrubs full of birdsong. The White Horse is practically at the end of the drive and you are guaranteed good food, local beer and a warm welcome. Very dog friendly!

    The staff were all extremely welcoming and friendly. Advising on good dog walking routes etc. The room was fine for a single (with pet) traveller and was clean and comfortable. Would be good to have somewhere to eat breakfast when travelling with a dog.
