Very clean and new, good shower, well stocked both with basic supplies and little extras like fresh fruit and cake, well stocked with utilities, friendly local info available. Good shutters cut out some light. Lovely faint organ music from the nearby church on Sunday (not too loud though, very faint and pleasant).

It’s the perfect midpoint for us (2adults & 1 Dog) to stop-over on our journey from West Ireland to North Germany. It’s small but has everything we need and more. Comfy bed, Coffee &Tea , even some homemade cookies. We asked if we could have a sandwich to go as we had to leave very early and were presented with a huge, tasty breakfast roll , flapjack and banana. Nigel & Chris are very accommodating and great to deal with. Will come back if they have us.

    It was home from home, the hosts had everything we needed and the little touches of gifts and a few things in the fridge was an unexpected welcomed surprise. Really lovely place to stay and recommend to others. The location was also brilliant. Doggy friendly and incredibly clean. Thanks for making our stay perfect.

    The views and the location amazing. An easy and flat walk to the pier in about 15 minutes. So much space, the details in the house. The kitchen had everything you could want and more including tea, coffee, dishwasher tablets etc. Dog box - had bits and pieces in it in case you forgot something. We were 4 adults celebrating both my parents turning 75, they were bowled over.

    Lovely and roomy house. Dog friendly with an enclosed yard. Minute's walk to seafront or shopping. Lovely and warm in all areas when heating needed.

    It was fabulous. It was clean, beautifully decorated, lovely new bathroom, new kitchen, all new appliances and washer/dryer. It had everything you needed, very comfortable bed, nice bedding and nice towels, lovely clean carpets. I would love to stay here again. It was in a good location in the centre of Herne Bay, not far from the station. I would highly recommend this property.

    From the start the communication from Emma was great, really informative and answered any questions we had. To enter the property we had a lock box so nice and straight forward. The apartment was immaculately clean and had a really lovely home from home feel. It was so nice that we could take our dog with us as pet friendly. 5/10 minute walk to the coast and a brilliant fish and chip shop just down the road. A perfect base for us to catch up with family.
