The stay was absolutely brilliant. The hotel is a gem and the location is fantastic. The staff was always kind and helpful, with owner Alex being the head chef as well. Beautiful, clean, spacious cottage with lots of facilities and very comfortable beds and furniture. Wonderful history and very friendly owners. Lovely big garden that is very secure and felt safe while the children were playing outside. Close to lots of lovely walks and points of interest. The children particularly enjoyed visiting Puzzlewood which is only a 26 min drive from the property. One of the best cottages we have stayed in. Would highly recommend and would happily return in the future.
