Beautiful, tranquil location. Clean shepherds hut, lovely wild flower sections, pigs, chickens and a horse to see and a 'honesty box' shop with useful bits and bobs. Couldn't have had a nicer stay.

The property was well signposted and easy to find. Check in was straightforward and the accommodation was equipped with all amenities for a comfortable and very pleasant one night stay. Great location to visit the local area . Hosts were very helpful and were happy to share information on facilities and amenities in the surrounding area.

Nothing spared! Generous on every level; from kitchen/dining room and bathroom essentials to a big basket of wood and tinder for the fire. Every room felt like a home from home from sumptuous beds, throws and soft cushions to soft lighting - everything from morning, noon and night had been considered and catered for. Welcoming, cosy and perfectly placed to explore Framlingham and beyond. Just wish we could have moved in!

Beautiful scenery. The surrounding area was quiet and calm, and there were peacocks who lived nearby that roamed around the area. The garden was also a lovely place to sit and relax. There were a couple of very nice corner shops a few minutes walk away. My friend has a feather allergy and the host went above a beyond to get us non-feather bedding which was hugely appreciated.

    It's a hidden gem of a place. Absolutely fantastic, super peaceful location surrounded by fields. Great pubs in the village. Our dogs had a lovely time in a secure garden and on nearby footpaths. The accommodation is well equipped and very comfortable just perfect. Looking forward to coming back and didn't really want to leave.

    Just spent five days at this wonderful property with everything you could need set in a beautiful location, garden is fenced in and dog friendly. Great hosts who were available if needed. Highly recommended! We will definitely return.

    Enjoyed the home from home feel in an immaculate, clean and comfortable barn conversion. Ideal for anyone bringing a dog as had wonderful space outside with an enclosed garden area. Peaceful and relaxing, farm like, rural location. The hosts were welcoming and on hand if anything was needed. Highly recommended and looking forward to staying again.

    The accommodation was very spacious, clean, in a beautiful location with a wonderful modern wood burner and great outdoor space to sit in the warmer months with plenty of room for our dog. it was a pleasant 25 minute walk to the main village with two pubs and supermarket.
