Phil was exceptionally helpful. Really quick at responding to messages. On arrival the apartment's appearance was very clean and tidy with good attention to detail. There is a dishwasher, and a washing machine. Tea, coffee & hot chocolate, with milk sachets in the fridge. The apartment was very spacious with two lovely sized bedrooms. Good quality bedding, {this makes a huge difference to a good night sleep) The bathroom is also large, with a huge shower. Great size towels, and decent toilet paper and hand soap. This is one of the comfy, clean well presented places I've stayed. Ideal locations too as you have a good size parking space. The cul-de-sac was very quiet. The bed was very comfy & I slept really well. Curtains & blinds, are a great touch and not overlooked either.

Very stylish decor and spotlessly clean. The room was spacious and the facilities of a very high standard. The flapjack in reception was delicious and fresh milk for tea and coffee was appreciated. Loved the morning walk along the canal and the tranquility of the location.

Was better than we expected. I booked for my daughter’s birthday with her friends. The place was clean and beautiful. Issue with the cooker however contacted the owner and they sent us over the manual (turns out we were being stupid) and the wifi was playing up. Other than that highly recommend we are thinking of booking either Christmas or new year. Beds ridiculously comfortable, tea coffee and milk supplied.

    Receptionist was lovely, so welcoming and helpful, very warm and friendly. Comfortable bed. Clean bedding and duvet. A bath and a shower, tea and coffee making in room. Clean carpet. Early check out no longer needed and this was refunded, much appreciated! Bags were stored for us after check out - really helpful. Very good location.
