We stayed at 63, a family of five. Mohammed the owner responded promptly to our emails/questions, and made a great accommodation/stay even better for us. Very good villa, literally next to the pool and the restaurant and the play area, and with good sea views. What's not to like? We even met friendly locals in the nearby pub, and the village shop owner 50 yards away was also very nice. In terms of location, Pleasurewood hills is a 5 minute drive, Great Yarmouth with Sea Life and Pleasure Beach 15 minutes away! Southwold Pier was also not too far away. All good. Thanks for accommodating us!

    We loved the staff they were lovely. The hotel was clean and our rooms refreshed daily. The food was incredible and cooked to order so hot and fresh. The hotel welcomed dogs so it was lovely to make some canine friends and chat to the owners....non dog lovers don't let the dogs presence put you off,the hotel was spotless and dogs don't enter the breakfast room.all dogs were controlled and unobtrusive. Bar area was large,and comfortable with books and table games. The location close to the sea.

    Very good communication before we left with reassurance to contact if we had any concerns / questions. Clean and welcoming with a hamper and essentials present on arrival. Dog friendly along with coast bar on site. Out door sitting area.

    Ideal location as a dog friendly hotel. However, dogs not allowed in the breakfast room so was not able to use the breakfast buffet facility. Breakfast ordered and served in the bar area. Staff were all extremely helpful.

    Staff was extremely helpful. Food was exceptional! Highly recommend the ribs and trout. Pet friendly (what would make it even better is water bowl for dogs). Pets are not allowed in the restaurant, but there was plenty of space in the bar and in the garden, and the staff was very happy to accommodate us there with food and drink. Area was great, some nice walks and really not far away from the beach (driving distance) Very comfortable bed and enough coffee and milk for the morning.
