The staff were particularly welcoming, helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable with a goid range of tea, coffee and biscuits provided. The breakfast was excellent. I had the scrambled eggs and salmon and my husband had the full English breakfast. There were plenty of options to choose from. They provide a dog bed. We were in room 3, which was a bit cramped, but perfectly fine for 2 nights. Bathroom was spacious, comfortable and convenient,with towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner provided. They really made an effort with the breakfast in the room, considering it's non staffed, with overnight oats, fruit bowls, fresh milk, juice and water as well as some prepackaged cakes and a nespresso machine. Facilities, location and food were excellent but what made it very special were the owners Mike and Megan who were so friendly and helpful.
