The staff was amazing. They went above and beyond to make us comfortable. For example, we needed to leave our luggage at the hotel before and after checkin/checkout and they accommodated with no problem. They offered our daughters hot chocolate the moment they entered the breakfast room. They helped us get a taxi during a super busy weekend. They had delicious food for dinner and breakfast. The room was delightful. We loved everything about this hotel!

    Lovely location, view was amazing, room was spacious and had bath and separate shower option! We didn’t bring our dog in the end but love that every room is dog friendly not just a select few! Rare these days and a lovely touch!!

    Location is fabulous and this is the most dog friendly hotel we have been to, the concierges are so so lovely. We had a great room with views of the river and perfectly placed for walks along the river.
