Kerensa is a beautiful equipped apartment with everything you would need for a relaxing holiday. It is an immaculately clean, tastefully decorated, contemporary haven. The no key, code entrance works really well. The car park space provided is a short uphill walk, near the train & bus station. Having a car space in St Austell and Cornwall is really a big plus! We used St Austell as a central base to travel to every part of Cornwall, which is a lovely county. It was a great advantage having the White Hart Hotel right next door. Any contact we had with Grahame was very pleasant and we were aware he was available if we needed anything.

A home from home, extremely clean and comfortable equipped with everything I needed for a week’s stay with my 18 month old toddler - from high chair, travel cot to toys and games. Lovely hot shower, sky and WiFi, plus a great welcome hamper with homemade scones, cream and jam - delicious treat. Great location for popping across the road to get provisions from Aldi and a straight forward walk to St Austell train station. The patio area gets lovely sunshine during the day. Hosts were fantastic, friendly helpful communication throughout. Highly recommend and would love to stay again when I return to Cornwall to visit family.

The owners were very friendly with lots of helpful information provided via email before arrival. The whole house is spotlessly clean and very well equipped with plenty of space. It's in a great location and has some wonderful views. Would definitely recommend.

    Very clean and tidy, spacious, comfortable sofas, very well equipped kitchen, fab decor, lovely decking area with table and chairs, huge television, bathrooms large, 2 with showers and 1 bath with hand held shower, very dog friendly with excellent dog walking fields. Staff on reception very helpful and sorted out some issues with the villa quickly. Great location to explore areas.

    Stay over bank holiday weekend. Large family room, lovely fresh smelling room, very pet friendly. Shower was lovely! Pub food was simple and delicious, dogs allowed in bar. Staff very friendly. Pub very busy with locals, who were a little rowdy, but they were very friendly and polite to us. Created a fun atmosphere. I imagine Sunday evenings and weeknights are quieter. Location on main busy road, easy to find/access. Noisy road but this did not bother us even with the window open over night.
