I asked for a specific room and they were able to accommodate me. it was a very pretty room. I came pretty late but I still had a cheerful greeting and was shown to my room. top top service and lovely staff.

I think this property has been freshly refurbished as it was exceptionally clean. Constant hot water Loved having the games room, and the freedom to use the kitchen, and the location near the beach was great. From the outside you would not expect it to be as good as this.

It was clean and spacious. Hot tub was lovely and relaxing after a day of hiking. Nice easy stroll into the village for delicious evening meal. Didn’t actually meet the owners during our stay.

RT ON THE SEA FRONT Whole wide window covering the spanse of my room. The sea is natural .nothing artificial man made here.This has made my whole stay exceptional. I truly would love to come back to this hotel . Ps. IHave eaten a banquet cooked by ladies who are spot on for anyone coming here .And that beach hammock .could go on forever but this is the beginning of my holiday here in the Lake District. What a lovely hotel and the sea .touched me.makes the whole yr.

    Love this place, the room is well equipped and spacious and the views of the sea are breathtaking. You can sit in your room and watch the sunrise and set. Great location and dog friendly just a stones throw away from beach. House keeping were friendly and kept everything stocked up. Love the fact it is unmanned so you can come and go as you please.

    Richard and his staff were really friendly, and couldn't have been more helpful in telling us what we should see. Also very dog friendly. Good sized ground floor room with easy access to outside made it easy with the dog. Nice to have pretty outside seating (but road outside very busy/noisy) Fridge and microwave in the room. Great location for exploring Western Lakes and coast by car.
