The atmosphere was relaxed, welcoming and the staff was excellent. Everybody was so kind and helpful. The new owners had just opened the hotel a couple weeks before we arrived and the upgrades they had done were exquisite, a beautiful mix, new yet still with the British old charm. Beautiful breakfast menu, home cooked and delicious.

This would be the nicest hotel we've stayed in in many years and many hotels. The room was a good size, well ventilated and nicely decorated. The staff were very kind and ever so helpful. The location was wonderful and breakfast had everything a person could want.

Even though we didn’t have our dog with us on this trip, it was so great to see how welcome our four-legged friends are and how focused the hotel is about their comfort as well. The location is beautiful, the staff is very kind and helpful. Breakfast was amazing.

The apartment was very spacious, clean and comfortable and was well thought out. It has lovely views across Shanklin to the downs and you can see the sea too. It was nice to have milk, tea, coffee, sugar and biscuits when we arrived too. I would happily recommend it as a lovely place to stay

    Apartment was in great location by the beach, coastal path, bus stop, local cafe and restaurant as well as supermarket all near by. Very much so dog friendly. The host was very welcoming with lovely touches of milk along with local jam, biscuits and spring water. Apartment was very well equipped with everything you needed for your stay including big fridge freezer. Very clean with sofa bed and it was comfortable to sleep in. We would recommend to everyone.

    I cannot fault Luccombe Manor Country House Hotel at all! The property goes beyond just being pet friendly. Our dog, Winston got lots of love/attention, and breakfast (a sausage). Thank you for being so accommodating.

    Very friendly and welcoming staff who couldn't do enough for us. Breakfast with a lovely view was superb. Even though we didn't have a dog with us it was no problem being a pet friendly hotel. Our room was a bit up and down stairs which was fine for us.

    The location of the caravan was excellent, parking right outside, quiet, dog friendly and within walking distance to town, the beach, the station, supermarket, etc. Nice outdoor space with seating and great that there was a washing machine and tumble dryer. Communication was excellent. We were able to book a discounted rate ferry crossing, we were also able to get in early too!

    We chose this hotel for the location and it is dog friendly. Our dog was welcomed from the minute we arrived, dog bed, bowls, treats and toys were ready a gift pack for him. They have a dog wash for sandy paws and doggy towels! We could both swim outside or use the jacuzzi whilst Ned was under the shade by our sunbed. Loved our stay here.
