Loved stepping into a cozy village pub great atmosphere of an evening and brilliant freshly cooked food. Also so dog friendly. I can’t wait to return with my pooch and sit by the fire again! Freshly cooked breakfast was brilliant value within the room rate also!

Fabulous cottage. Very comfortable and characterful, beautiful location, well-equipped and much more spacious inside than it looks from the outside. There are lovely walks locally and the river Wye is just across the road. A pub a few minutes' walk away and it's just a few miles from Buxton. The supply of tea, coffee and milk in the kitchen was a nice touch.

This was my first ever stay in off grid accommodation and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The shower was amazing and the caravan was cosy especially when the heater had been on for a while. The location was beautiful and I would never have gotten bored of waking up to seeing the sunrise over the hills every morning. I would stay here again without thinking twice.

    The property is excellent and well thought through. A suggestion and certainly not a critism is the lack of opening windows There is beautiful French doors opening to a private balcony, however, my wife didn't like the idea of them being left open during the recent warm weather incase spider man had turned sinister. I thought it safe but I could imagine some others may not. Although this was a no pet room, the accommodation block has catered for dogs.

    The property and rooms are stunning. Modern and well designed, gorgeous interior. Plenty of facilities made it very helpful to bring our dog along too. The location of the apartment we stayed in was ideal on the ground floor and provided us with a terrace which is very dog friendly. There's a lovely farm close by to grab a local milkshake from which was a fun touch and the restaurant next door was friendly and welcoming of dogs and muddy boots! Ideal!

    Really lovely stay! Perfect for a holiday with our four legged friend, the best dog friendly accommodation. Its the second time we've stayed & each time all the staff are fantastic, super friendly & helpful & love dogs. The food at Luna Kitchen, both dinners & breakfast, are wonderful, the best pub food. Would highly recommend. Great location too, for Chatsworth or Derbyshire exploring. Love the walk track just by the pub too. Our room was lovely & spacious & comfortable.
